What is SY & CO.
SY & CO. is an international trading company that offers one-stop building material services with efficient transportation and quality control to save customers time and worry. They aim to enhance their online presence and customer experience with effective design solutions.
My role as a website designer for SY & CO. my responsibility is to enhance website clarity and cohesion, facilitating information access, increasing website traffic and conversion rates while reflecting the company's brand values.
Step 1: Identify the Challenges
During the design phase, I anticipate encountering several challenges, including:
- Enhancing the user experience by improving website clarity and cohesion.
- Increasing website traffic and conversion rates by addressing navigation and accessibility issues.
- Building customer trust by designing a website that reflects the company's brand and values.
Step 2: Research and Analysis
In order to tackle these challenges, our team undertook a comprehensive analysis of both SY & CO.'s customers and potential competitors. We scrutinized customer feedback and meticulously analyzed data to identify any pain points and opportunities for improvement. Additionally, we assessed the website's design elements, such as color schemes, typography, and imagery, to guarantee they were consistent with the company's brand and values.
Step 4: Design Solution
Based on our research and analysis, we developed a UX & UI design solution for SY & CO.'s website. Our team focused on improving the website's navigation and creating a more visually appealing and cohesive design. We also implemented clear calls to action throughout the website to encourage customer engagement and increase conversion rates.
